Welcome to American University's Summer Housing online application.
This online process will make applying for Summer Housing
and paying your bill as easy and convenient as possible.
You will also use this page to make payments towards your
outstanding balance and/or to pay your full balance online
at a later date.
To use this Housing and Dining Programs Application on line,
you will set up a username (last name plus last
4 digits of your home telephone number) and password
(first 6 digits of your home telephone number) so that you can return to check your
outstanding balance or make a payment online. Your information
is transmitted through a secured server and is kept
confidential until you submit your application. Only after
you submit your application will it be available for review
by our Housing and Dining Programs staff.
Deposit Fee
AU Summer Students and Washington Semester Summer Students
will have all fees, including the $200 deposit fee, charged
to their student account. No payments will be collected through this website for any AU students and Washington Semester students under any circumstance.
All summer interns are required to pay a nonrefundable
$200.00 deposit. No online applications will be accepted
without this deposit. When you have completed your application
and are ready to submit it, you will be taken to a site
where you can pay via credit card online.
To get started on your application, click on "APPLY NOW" to
the right. If you already have submitted an application to
Housing and Dining Programs, you can use your username (last
name plus last 4 digits of your home telephone number) and password (first 6 digits
of your home telephone number) to
access to pay your outstanding balance.
